Dr. Moore, I wanted to take a moment or two to express my appreciation.  As you know, I had to have a total hip replacement.  I could not have found a better Surgeon than what I found in you.  You, Dr. Moore, are the VERY BEST at what you do.  Very few people will know what a challenge you had with my hip replacement.  It was very complicated and risky because my leg had been broken before and there were still some screws in my leg.  You took on the challenge and made it a complete success for me.  I thank the Lord Jesus for your talents and abilities as a doctor and surgeon.  My recovery was fast.  Other than muscle pain from the therapy, there was a total absence of pain, something I was not expecting or have known for quite a few years.  Just to be honest with you, you are the only doctor I would have chosen and trusted to get everything right the first time.

over the past three years.

I was referred to you by an operating room nurse who is a friend of mine and one of your
former patients. She was absolutely correct that you are the best Orthopedic Surgeon
around. Since my first visit, you have treated me for a torn cartilage in the right knee,
performed a total joint replacement on my right knee, a partial replacement on the left
knee and a broken shoulder. After I again injured my right knee, I was certain that I
would never walk normally again.

When I asked you if you could fix it and straighten my leg so I could walk normally, you
smiled and told me that you could take care of that. Sir, you were a man of your word
and I am profoundly happy to tell you that I have put away my cane and walk again as a
normal person.

Dear Dr. Moore,
I would like to thank you and your staff for allowing me a walk-in appointment on June
21, 2010. I was in extreme pain with my neck on the first full day of our family vacation.
My diagnosis was cervical strain. You sent me to physical therapy that afternoon, which
helped immensely. I returned for another treatment the following day. Along with the
help of a Hydrocollator Colpac and exercises, my neck was almost 100%.
